He developed the condition as a young New Jersey State Trooper in the mid-1970s, following a landmark, three-year undercover investigation of the Genovese and Bruno crime families. For the past 35 years Delaney has provided training before Federal, State, County and Local law enforcement officers and agents throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
